are you still looking for a web designer or are you all set by now?
Haven't checked the forum in a while so didn't see your request till now.
Should you still need help (and in case you were looking for a more affordable company than Accenture and more approachable than Vistaprint) here's one I can recommend:

Contact Nicola Vezzoli: he's the owner, speaks good English, has extensive experience in the field and a very distinctive approach to time and budget. Above all he is an honourable man, which sounds old-fashioned but in such times of crisis I believe is all the more important.
We collaborate frequently for our multimedia/web projects and are very happy with him (my husband and I have a communication consulting firm, so we do web sites, too, but I assume you simply need a web designer to implement your ideas rather than strategic planning for the firm and hence the site, which is what we would provide).
